Have more than 3 years of undergraduate degree (or more than 2 years of master's degree) related work experience in design institutes or real estate, familiar with process standards and management specifications of engineering electromechanical systems, familiar with engineering management related laws, regulations and industry standards, skilled use of office, CAD, etc. software; 3. Familiar with the current relevant technical market conditions of the major, and familiar with the relevant national and local technical specifications for design and acceptance; 4. Have strong learning ability and maintain a high sensitivity to new things and new technologies; 5. Have good quality awareness, cost awareness and progress control ability, good communication and expression skills, and teamwork spirit.
