A useful meeting at YUNKU’s Guangzhou factory can end with a clear sample brief: which product is being reviewed, what will be supplied and how the result will be checked. For overseas distributors, fleet buyers and e-motorcycle brands, the physical equipment gives that discussion a concrete reference.
Identify the cabinet or electric motorcycle DC charger by model and agreed revision. Record which features on the displayed unit belong to the proposed sample and which require a change. A reference photograph can identify the reviewed configuration, but it should sit alongside the relevant drawing and written specification.
Define acceptance items so that a later reviewer can reach a clear conclusion. For a cabinet, discuss agreed enclosure dimensions, door fit and the specified arrangement of compartments. For a DC charger, discuss the confirmed connector arrangement and the required charging interaction with the nominated vehicle or battery.
