It automatically charges inner storage modules when mains power is available and switches to stored power instantly once blackout occurs to keep swap service running nonstop.
Equipped with 12 independent sealed compartments and separated circuit control, each slot works independently on charging and safety protection to handle peak battery swap demand of bulk riders. With IP54 dust & water resistant rating and thick weatherproof steel shell, the cabinet withstands harsh outdoor weather for long-term deployment in open and remote areas.
Built with 9-layer safety protection and water-based fire suppression system, it monitors real-time data of both user lithium batteries and internal storage cells. Power cuts off and fire protection activates automatically against overheat, short circuit and leakage to safeguard whole battery system. QR code, NFC and card swiping unlock options are available, enabling 30-second fast battery swap and 24-hour unattended operation.
The matched cloud management system tracks remaining backup capacity, charge-discharge logs and swap orders to optimize power allocation between grid and storage.
