Yunku 12-Bay Solar-Storage-Charging-Swap Cabinet is an integrated zero-carbon energy supplement solution that combines solar power generation, energy storage system and intelligent battery swapping functions. With self-developed EMS energy management system, it realizes underlying interconnection, data homology and coordinated linkage, building a complete energy closed loop to reduce operating costs and improve power supply stability from the source.
Deep integration of solar-storage-charging: Equipped with high-efficiency photovoltaic module interface (compatible with 200W-500W single solar panel), solar power is prioritized for charging 12 battery swap compartments during the day, and surplus electricity is stored in the energy storage battery pack. During peak grid hours or at night, the energy storage system releases stored electricity to achieve "peak shaving and valley filling", reducing electricity costs by over 40% while minimizing grid impact. Supporting on-grid/off-grid dual-mode operation, it automatically switches to off-grid mode during power outages, ensuring 24-hour uninterrupted battery swap service, ideal for remote areas, unstable grid regions and emergency scenarios.
12-bay gold configuration: 12 independent sealed charging compartments with separate circuit control for each slot, ensuring no mutual interference in charging, voltage regulation and safety protection. It can meet the simultaneous battery swap needs of multiple riders and is compatible with 48V/60V/72V two-wheeler lithium batteries on the market. Standard front maintenance design allows all inspection and repair operations to be completed from the front without moving the cabinet, significantly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
Enhanced safety protection: Equipped with independent compartment water-based fire extinguishing system, each bay has dedicated smoke/temperature/voltage triple monitoring sensors, detecting potential fire hazards within 0.1 seconds and spraying water-based extinguishing agent accurately within 10 seconds. Fire suppression in one compartment does not affect the normal operation of the other 11 bays, achieving zero pollution and no residue. Combined with 9-level safety protection system: overvoltage/undervoltage/overcurrent/short circuit/leakage/overtemperature/lightning protection/reverse connection protection/insulation monitoring, it monitors charging status in real time and cuts off power within 0.1 seconds in case of abnormalities.
Intelligent management platform: Paired with intelligent cloud management system and EMS energy management system, it supports remote monitoring, fault early warning, time-of-use pricing, charging data statistics, financial settlement, energy flow optimization and other functions, with a comprehensive system efficiency of up to 95% and green energy utilization rate increased by more than 60%. It supports ODM customization including appearance colors, cabinet LOGO, compartment quantity, charging power and functional modules (face recognition, video surveillance, backup power supply) to meet branded operation needs.
Flexible installation: floor-mounted design, fixed with ground expansion bolts without wall support; widely applied in food delivery rider hubs, logistics parks, community shared battery swap points, industrial parks, scenic e-bike rental spots and urban village parking areas, making it a core equipment for green transformation of commercial battery swap networks.
