Yunku 8-Bay Solar Energy Storage Battery Swap Cabinet is a compact zero-carbon integrated equipment designed for lightweight community service scenarios. Different from large-capacity solar swap cabinets, its compact 8-bay structure takes little space and fits street shops, small rider hubs and scattered rural sites perfectly. It integrates solar power generation, lithium iron phosphate energy storage and intelligent battery swap modules. The self-developed EMS energy management system intelligently distributes power among solar energy, storage battery and municipal grid to build an energy-saving closed-loop supply system.
Operation logic of solar-storage coordination: Solar panels supply power to charging compartments preferentially during daytime, and surplus power is automatically stored in built-in energy storage batteries. During grid peak hours, nighttime or power outages, the storage module releases power to keep swap service running continuously, realizing peak shaving and valley filling to greatly reduce grid electricity expenses. It supports both on-grid and off-grid operation modes, enabling independent operation relying purely on PV and storage in remote areas without stable power supply.
Equipped with 8 independent sealed charging compartments with separated circuit control. Abnormality such as overload or overheat will only cut power of the single slot without interrupting other battery swaps. It is compatible with mainstream 48V/60V/72V two-wheeler lithium batteries on the market. Standard single-slot power is 800W, with optional 1300W fast charging module. Adopting front-access maintenance design, all electric controls, locks and storage wiring are arranged on front panel. Technicians can finish all inspection and maintenance alone without moving the cabinet, cutting labor costs.
Upgraded full safety configuration: Each bay is equipped with independent water-based automatic fire extinguishing unit with real-time temperature, smoke and voltage sensors. Once thermal runaway is detected, extinguishing agent sprays accurately within 10 seconds. Fire suppression in one compartment will not affect the whole cabinet, and the extinguishing medium leaves no pollution or residue. Matched with 9-layer electrical safety protection including overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit, leakage, overheat, lightning, reverse connection and insulation monitoring with millisecond power cut-off response. Made of thick flame-retardant steel and weatherproof coating, the cabinet reaches IP54 dust and splash proof grade, operating stably at -20℃~+50℃ for year-round outdoor deployment.
Two supporting cloud platforms: swap operation management system and EMS energy dispatch system. Operators remotely view PV power generation, remaining storage capacity, swap orders and fault alarms, customize time-based charging rates and multi-level revenue sharing. Chinese & English bilingual interfaces are available for domestic and overseas operators. Floor-mounted design allows simple ground bolt installation without wall support. Full ODM customization is available for appearance color, logo, storage capacity, charging power, camera modules and unlock modes, making it a cost-effective main equipment for lightweight green shared battery swap projects.
